Kettlebell Rx

I would say this was the Starting Strength of Kettlebells if it wasn’t for the weak programming sections. Jeff has done a masterful job explaining every technique and lift including an incredible amount of photostroubleshooting methods, and tips on how to combine the individual exercises to create an entire workout system. First, he has attendees do wall squats with their faces within inches of the wall.

I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is either just beginning with kettlebells or even anyone who has been using them for a while.
